These jars look good enough to leave on the bench and keep coffee beans, sugar, tea and spices handy. The wooden lid presses on with a silicone seal to keep air out, and the matching wooden spoon sits in a notch in the lid so it is always there when you need it. Hand wash the glass jars. Wipe the wooden lid and spoon with a damp cloth and dry straight away; do not soak them or put them in the dishwasher. Rub with a little food-safe oil now and then to keep the timber looking good.
